MACC is committed to providing opportunities for uniting in worship and support of the faith each of our traditions represents. Toward this end, this week we will pray for Bolton Congregational Church.

Next Sunday, March 9, 2008, at the 9:30 AM Mass, there will be the scheduled Children’s Liturgy of the Word (Christ for Kids) for children ages 2 through 9.

The next Eucharistic Adoration is THIS Friday, March 7, beginning at 7 PM (immediately after Stations of the Cross) and ends Saturday, March 8, at 4 PM. We hope everyone will hear the Lord’s call to spend an hour with Him in prayer. ABSTINENCE THIS WEEK

This week, on Friday, Catholics over 14 years of age may not eat meat.

There will be a Town-wide Lenten Reconciliation Service THIS Sunday, March 2^nd, 6:30 PM, at St. Bridget Church.

Soup Supper on Fridays at 6 PM in the Church Hall followed by Stations of the Cross this Friday, March 7, 2008, 6:30 PM, at Church of the Assumption, and at 7 PM at St. Bartholomew Church.

This year during Lent, we will again participate in Operation Rice Bowl. Rice Bowls are available at all the entrances to the church. They will be collected on Palm Sunday.

A Family Lenten Night will be held next Sunday, March 9^th, 2008, 5-7 PM, in the Church Hall. Join families for pizza followed by Lenten/Easter activities. Offering of $5 per family. Please RSVP by THIS SUNDAY, March 2^nd, by calling 643-7596.

WORLD DAY OF PAYER

…is this Friday, March 7, 2008, where men and women of many faith traditions come together to observe a common day of prayer. Please come and join the prayers written by women of Guyana for families in need worldwide. Their theme is, “God’s Wisdom Provides New Understanding”.
