Nicole Chaifoux was born and raised in Manchester, CT. She is the mother of six children. All of her children attend Assumption School, with the oldest in the Class of 2005. Nicole was a stay-at-home Mom for nine years before accepting a position with the Assumption PreK program. She is a great supporter of our school as both a parent and an employee. Mrs. Chalifoux has a natural gift for working with young children and is a great addition to the Assumption School staff. In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and doing crafts. Her artistry really comes out in her chocolate candy productions.
