Mrs. Linda Reddy

My name is Linda Reddy.  I just started teaching at Assumption School in January of 2003. 1 received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of California and a Master of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis on Cultural and Language Acquisition Development from Pepperdine University.  Additionally, I have also obtained my Professional Teaching Credentials.  I believe that teaching is one of the most rewarding and important jobs one can do.

I have had the opportunity to work with a mix of grade levels through my various education placements.  These placements also provided the opportunity to work with children of different cultures, employing different teaching techniques (i.e. whole language, math manipulatives, and multicultural activities) and experience the full range of responsibilities of being an educator.  It energizes me to be in a classroom and see a child grasp material and concepts.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with your children at Assumption School.  I am excited to share knowledge and ideas with our students of today and to watch and celebrate as they grow and mature into our leaders of tomorrow.
